NEW FAUST CHAMBER ORCHESTRA WEBSITE AND BRANDING LAUNCHED

As part of the strategic vision developed in 2015, at the start of its 5th anniversary year the orchestra is changing its name from 'Faust Ensemble' to 'Faust Chamber Orchestra' and is delighted to introduce its new logo, branding and website.
This reflects our current size, repertoire and aspirations for the future. A chamber orchestra consists of world-class players likely to have a diverse career involving solo and chamber music performances as well as high-level teaching and orchestral work. It also matches the intimate approach we take to concert presentation where the audience is brought as close as possible to the music through spoken introductions and Q&A sessions with the musicians.
The new logo (designed by Richard Vickers, Metric) embodies the fresh, comprehensible and inspirational approach to classical music which lies at the heart of our artistic values. The logo hints at how accessible spoken introductions and musical demonstrations help audiences create links between works, enabling them to forge their own paths through the inter-connected chains of classical repertoire.
We have also commissioned new images (from photographer Nick Rutter) which help to reflect the energy and dynamism of our performances.
